Health and Fitness Gift Ideas for Kids

I wanted to highlight a few great articles Stacie wrote over at Building Nutrition with regards to gift ideas for your children, nieces, nephews, random street hooligans and so forth:

  • Gifts related to Physical Activity
  • Gifts related to Nutrition
  • More Physical Activity gift ideas

We don’t receive any referral benefits from these gifts. Rather, we want to promote interaction between you and your children, and especially help the kids learn that fitness and health can be fun! (even I have to remind myself of that)
